The platform has recommended to check their listings and adjust the sizing manually if necessary, which has left users frustrated. Measurement Approach Changes Before the change, the sizing featured a single numeric size and a letter, for instance S/8 or M/10. The updated approach includes an alphabetical indicator and numerical range like S/UK 8-10. For certain items, the size labels have been reassigned - for example a size L was formerly size 12 but now shows as UK 16-18. Shopper Stories A fashion influencer, who makes TikTok content about plus-size fashion, stated the update "complicates both purchasing and selling". "Rarely do manufacturers list XL as sizes 20-22," as the platform currently indicates. Another user, from Glasgow, explained products she uploaded with size 14 tags were displaying on the service as measurements 20-22. "Should someone sized 20-22 purchase these they're going to be very disappointed," she stated. Required Changes Charlotte Lunn, from Derby, said she had been left angered because the modification necessitated personal updates the sizing for "all her products". "For me this is particularly frustrating, since I have chronic health issues and platform income has been essential for me since losing part of my income," she explained.
